1. Around Neck
Measure around your neck in circumference.

2. Across Shoulders
The horizontal width from one shoulder point to other shoulder point, take measurement from back side of shoulder.
3. One Shoulder

Measure from your neck to the shoulder point

4. Around Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest .
5. Neck to Navel

Measure Vertically from the Center Front base of your neck to your Navel.

6. Around Navel
Measure around your belly at the Navel, keeping the tape straight from front and back.
7. Navel to under Crotch

Measure from your Naval Down to under your crotch. 

8. Armhole
From the highest point on shoulder measure around arm hole with your arm hanging down.
9. Biceps
Measure the middle of the biceps keeping the arms relaxed.
10. Sleeve Length
Starting from the outside edge of shoulder bone down to the wrist.
11. Around Wrist
Measure around the wrist of your arm.
12. Around Waist
Measure around the waist keeping the tape straight from front and back.

13. Around Hip
Measure around the widest part of the buttocks keeping the tape straight from front and back.
14. Around Thigh
Measure around the widest part of the upper leg while standing straight. High up on the leg, just below the crotch.
15. Around Knee
Measure around the knee cap.
16. Around Calf
Measure the girth around the largest part of the calf.
17. Around Ankle
Measure around the ankle.
18. Inseam

Measure from your inner crotch down to your ankle

19. Height
Measure from top of the head to the toes.
20. Weight:
Your weight in  lbs.
